Sir plz read the full case:

1. I was running a Star Health care ltd policy February 2010. I switched it to Apollo Munich on 17 Feb 2011. But they are telling the policy date only Feb 2011 not 2010.

2. Yes, Its true that I was under treatment of ulcers since September 2010 as it diagnosed on that time.

3. In July 2011, I was admitted into ShriRam Hospital,Lucknow by Gastritis discomfort problem. All 4-5 days till discharge my previous medicines remain closed and I was under just Antibiotic drugs (all r mentioned in medical bills & doctor prescriptions as i submitted to Apollo Munich), nothing more happened. This treatment doesn’t relate to preexisting treatment, you can clarify from attending doctor.

Sir, Only this one is the reason, they rejected my claim by just giving the very silly reason preexisting disease.

OK Sir. Let me ask one thing, If this type of hospitalization is preexisting disease, then what is the benefit to run this policy. In future, if I again claim any stomach related problem like Liver disorders, Hepatitis, Jaundice & Cirrhosis type etc hospitalization. they will again reject that.

Sir, Plz help me out of this issue.
