Did you get the documents from the insurance company. If you’re yet to hear from your insurance company, we suggest you to file a complaint with the insurance regulator at http://www.igms.irda.gov.in . Your insurance company is bound to address the concern in 10 days post that.

I guess yours will be the first post on this forum praising the services of an insurance company. We’re happy to know that your experience with your insurance company has been good till now. I’m sure your insurance company will take a not of it on this forum. In regards to your query, we suggest you speak to the regional office of your insurance company or the insurance agent from whom you purchased your earlier health insurance covers. We also suggest you to go through the website of a couple of other insurance companies to see if they fit in your requirements.
